I have been driving around long enough with the check engine light and that stupid stuck IMRC. I think i am going to dig into it this week. Anyone have any good tips or suggestions for doing this. More so i am not 100 percent on which gaskets i will need. Some say i need lower some say i need upper. some say ill need both. Ive also heard that these have good reusable gaskets as well. Anything i should look out for or possible take care of in regard to preventative maintenance while i have the top of the engine broke down like this. Ill try and grab some pictures through out the process. Thanks for any advice.

are you removing and cleaning and replacing, or replacing with new?

youll need both gaskets, theres lots of things you could do for preventive maintainance while in there.. get a rebuild kit for your injectors and do those, maybe toss a new iac on if youve got a bit of extra money just to throw at it, replace all the vacuum hoses is always a plus, if the motor is cool toss in a fresh set of spark plugs
