was running consistent 11's and looked like it was a turbo set up.

It is Bobby. He said the tune still isn't right and something about breaking the engine in still.

He lost on the semi-finals to the fastest street Terminator in the world. He said he knew he didn't have a chance to beat him, the guy runs 8s.
