Lincoln Ls Swap (Wiring and such)

Just Recently swapped my 2002 Lincoln Ls 3.9L v8 with a 6.0 LS with a 4l06E Tranny im fairly new to this and need help figuring out how to get my headlights, taillights, brake lights, gauges basically everything inside the vehicle to work like how it did. does this involve rewiring the whole car or can i use the stock lincoln ls computers.

I haven’t done this myself but I’ve heard of people keeping the stock ecm to manage all things other than the engine, and use the aftermarket ecu for the engine and trans. So you would basically just run two computers, one for drivetrain and one for the rest.
