Lincoln LS in movies

Funny, I was just watching XXX: State of the Union, and they had an aqua blue Lincoln LS in it, with shale leather! It was in the scene where Scott Speedman goes to meet Ice Cube.

Heh, too bad there wasn't more advertising for the LS!

Looks like an 03+ model, although the head rests are still the 02 type. WHen did they change the headrests to be larger (e.g. like in the 05s)?

Or else, it's an '02 with a brushed aluminum console. :)
 
I think it's an 03+. If it was a 00-02 with a brushed kit, the piece around the shifter would go around the cupholders as well. I could be wrong though.
 
If you notice the head rests are actually completely off of the front seats, this is so the camera can see ice cube in the backseat better.

(Look at the one with ice cubein the backseat, the front seat to his left)

And it is an 03-05 model, not sure which exact year though.
 
hey my girl was watching that show on VH1 with HOGAN and he drives a 03+ LS thats cool and man with some serious cash and fast supra's drives an LS also
anyone else see what im talking about

It's an 03+, there are no side markers in the front bumper and you can see the reflector in the headlight. None of those came on the 00's-02's.
 
There's a silver LS in a Big Tymers music video. I forget the song but I was just browsing through yahoo/sbc music videos and ran across their collection and noticed it. It was a 00/02 all stock no rims(surprisingly)

My g/f told me about that too. I haven't seen the show yet, but she tells me it'e pretty good.
 
Is it me or did ford have something to do with XXX? All they had were hott ass ford cars like the GT, Shelby, GT500.... I just saw the movie and it makes me want one of the GT500 when they come out.

Hogan Knows Best - Basically him strapping GPS units to his daughters cars while she goes on dates and tracks her in realtime.. Basically how anal he is :P
 
I'm sure a lot of you saw AVENGERS earlier this year.. towards the end of the movie, when they all reunite, Captain America was standing and battling ontop of a silver lincoln ls !!!
 
Not in the movies, but last week's Person of Interest has an LS driving by at about the 4minute mark. It was a black Gen1. It looked like possibly an '02 Premium as it had chrome on the rear bumper and 17" chrome wheels.
 
Black LS w/ chrome rims on a National Geographic documentary called Drugs Inc. episode 'Hollywood High' (on youtube approx 11:40 mark). Saw it on TV last night and looked it up
 
In tonight's NCIS: LA.
It appears in the intro, then roughly 7-8min in. Kind of thinking it will make another appearance before the end.

I almost missed it in the intro as I was not really watching that closely. It was silver, may have been an LSE and appeared to be a Gen2.
