sorry if you guys have talked about this before but i suck at the seaching engine

so when put on my fog lights or should say fog light cuz a bulb is burnt out on 1 of the fog lights the abs light and the e-brake light comes on when i turn them off and shut the car off and turn it back on it goes away

any thoughts?

Internal fault in cluster.
Low battery voltage/failing alternator.
Bizarre wiring short circuit.
Unusual grounding issue.
Something else...
