Nah, i got a few questions, 2000 LS, i want to put some LED's on the interior, not the whole interior im not willing to take out the headliner to get into the damn dome lights, though i'd love the look ..

Anyway, I wanted to replace the factory trunk light with an LED, anyone know the bulb size? And also i want to replace the door lights to LEDs, bulb size for that?

You don't necessarily have to take out the headliner, there's a way around it someone on the forum did it without taking it out I cant recall who though
 
You can find this information in your owners manual, if you don't have a owners manual down load it from TECH ARTICLES at the top of the page next to SEARCH.

Trunk and dome: 212-2.
 
I did mine like 2 weeks ago and i got the 212-2 41mm LED bulbs off ebay. They were a 2 pack for 4.99

You remember what month it was? I'll search by month lol
 
Hey man, yeah no need to mess with headliner at all. I will try to connect up with my car guy tomorrow that installed the LEDs and get step by step instructions of how he did it and then let you know. Unfortunately I had all my LED lights uninstalled and back to halogen.

Oh yeah, I was having issues with my battery in the winter and thought that the LEDs were helping drain the battery since they would never fully shut off. Well that turned out to be not the case because they use very little power compared to halogen. Maybe I will install them again but it was irritating that they would not shut off.
 
I Also am looking to swap out all my light's for LED, So any one with hands on knowledge would be great. For the Signal's would the LED blink fast to act as a light out since the voltage is low?
 
did you ever figure out how to do it with out taking out the liner? if so i wanna know about it :P
 
Yeah I actually went out and was able to get to my lights using a flat head screwdriver. You can just pry under the plastic and pop it off.
 
Has any one came across, the LED car kit. I was looking at a website that had kit's for navigator's and some other cars that had all interior and exterior LED's in a package.
 
the item i found had a package of 8 for interior, So I sent a email to ask about total car packages. Soon as I get a responce, ill post for every one who is curious.
 
Thats good, i just have to find the LED bulb size and order them.

212-2 41mm i believe thats it ..
