Knock from rear door over bumps

I've had a knock when I go over speed bumps/larger bumps/bumps that rock the car from my rear passenger door for a while. I finally took the door apart to see if I could find anything (I was expecting a bad regulator) but I can't find anything loose or wobbly or something that would make the noise.

Anyone have this issue so they can maybe point me in the right direction?

Common for that to happen to the driver door, try white lithium spray lube in the latch mechanism, work the latch and wipe off the excess. I do mine once a year.

Thanks for the tip, I'll do that tomorrow. I took apart the metal panel that the regulator is attached to and re-bolted it up. Seems like that helped my knock. But with the door panel and sound dampening off the door the regulator sounds pretty bad, I'm going to get it fixed.
