But Trace or Hector have been known to call a location manager after 9PM (and even wake a few up after midnight on several occasions), in order to have said managers call their store and instruct the shift manager to take good care of that personal, non commercial vehicle that just rolled up to the doors, as said vehicle driver is not going to "rob" them... and of course, to charge the going rate for the service.
