Man, what an easy process and what a difference it makes! Thanks again to Larry, Joey and Ken for helping me out.

The sound is night and day compared to the stock airbox and I can tell that there is some gain in power. The only extra thing I had to buy was the T-20 torx driver for the sensor, other than that it took me all of about 20 minutes for the install.

There are cleaning kits you can buy from various filter manufactures that includes a cleaning solution and oil.

Depending on your location (dusty) and driving habits (lots of miles) you should clean the filter at least once a year. I like to do mine every 6 months.

i've had mine for about 4 months now so i'm on to bigger and better things. i'm on a quest now to pipe it down so that the cone is in my front bumper so it gets away from that heat from the engine. it's going to take some modding but i think it's gonna work out well. i'm also gonna get some mesh wire, spray paint it black and put it behind the lower bumper.
