Anyone ever hear of a Jumper Wiring Harness, part # 1W4Z-13A612-AA? Was wondering where this goes and if anyone ever had one installed.

It is for the TSB on the hard starting issue (a "hot soak" issue as the TSB stated). 8/9/2001 was the effective date on the TSB.
