Judge/Vote for your Fav LS

i was just looking at a Audi forum (use to own an A4)
and they usually have like 4 cars in a week
post up and the members can vote for the
best looking one/best mod..why don't we do that..
i know we have some really nice rides on here maybe
we can do that too just an idea..

Cool idea. Last forum I was in they did a car of the month deal like this. Only to enter, you have to be nominated by another member. After five entries or whatever they had a voting thread. It worked pretty well!

I think its a great idea but I don't see enough members with enough diversity for it to last long.

yeah i like that idea the calendar.

I am/was a mod on a malibu forum and we did this every month. If you get enough attention to it, what we did was ask for certain types of pics....like xmas theme, spring, clean car pics, dirty pics, pics of the car moving.....so on and so forth. our malibu community was a bit smaller than this one and its been going for a good 2 years now.

each month the winners recieved a sticky in the pics section of our site showcasing thier rides and listing mods and thanks. Once or twice a year, the admin would offer a prize, wheather it be a t-shirt or one month a CAI...it worked pretty well.

the Point of asking for types of pics is it allows the young guy with not alot of money to compete with the big money guys without fear of being shot down cuz you dont have 5g's in wheels and candy paint (lol)

I think its worth a try....BTW I entered...reppin the stockers...lol

If we are gonna limit the amount of pictures then i think

1 - from the side
2- the interior
3- engine mods (if any)

just so we can get a whole of the car--- just a thought!

it shouldnt matter what 3 pics you post. I for example would have a HARD time showing my baby off in 3 pics. Its put your best show foward.... and one person may judge off looks and another vote off drag performance while others are looking for nicely done up autox cars. I expect this to last as long as a few people have the patience to deal with the polls
