I get home today at about 5:30-5:45, and its still light out. I skip dinner and go right outside to work on the Mark since it's a heatwave of 39 at the time here in Ohio...

So, i move my tiny mustang out of the way, and pull the hood off... wow... my car really is fugged up... I hadnt looked at it since I got it home and pulled the hood off. Poor thing.

So, since eventually it will warm up here... someday... I decided to get it to sit up so I can get to bolts that hold the fenders on at the bottom, and other clips on the front. Well, I try jacking it up... and my wheels go with the car  my bags were still deflated and frozen!! So that was sorta interesting, So I couldnt get the car up enough, so I decide to try and start it...

Poor thing... It made a few long exasperated cranks, blubbed once out the exhaust and that was it... So I try to jump it, and all the poor thing does is just crank, making long exasperated cranks... and nothing... poor thing wont even fire once. So, since I cant get it to run under its own power and work the pumps I just flip the ray switch while I got the cables hooked up and let the Ranger do all the work, thankfully I have that Ray switch in there, otherwise I would have never got the car to come up and level out... Eventually I sat several 4x4 blocks under the frame to keep the car from losing airbag pressue and falling...

Makes me sad that the car wont even run. It used to fire right up and miss the 2 cylinders that didnt have wires going to them... Sounded like a cam'd up Cobra :D

I'm sad now. :(

It is telling you that it wants to die. My 96 told me that as well when I cut a T-bird in half with it.

5 years ago this month. I wish I had pics of the car I hit but I was more concerned about my broken wrist.
