Same guy selling it just scammed me for $60 by selling me a bogus part that isnt even what I asked him for and wont refund my money. So his IRS here is probably as full of it as he is.

Send your issue to Paypal. You should get your money back. Paypal is pretty good, it just takes awhile

PayPal aids and abets criminals. They wont help me since the item wasnt bought through Ebay. But was paid for using PayPal.
