All my favorites rolled into one. 57 Bel Air front, 59 Bel Air rear and the cabin looks like modern Corvette. The designer was really on target! Love the cat eye tail lights and the big wings.

It's a "789"

Built on the bones of a C6 Corvette, the 789 is a style mashup of the 1957 Chevy, 1959 Chevy and 1958 Impala created by California design firm N2A (no two alike) Motors. (See, kids. Never smoke angel dust while you're thumbing through an issue of Car Craft). Want one? It'll cost around $40,000 over the price of a new C6 (MSRP ~$44,000). ;)

Thats good info. This one was $75,000 over msrp. But I didnt know this was an old idea. I'm a HUGE Impala fan so I was tickled pink when I saw it. First time I ever seen this. I'd buy it over a Ferrari any day.
