Is the Mark VIII a classic already?

I always found it ironic how the most die hard Mark VIII fans (i.e. people who post on the forums) are also the biggest haters.

Or a love/hate relationship. Kinda like marriage, she sure knows how to push your buttons sometimes and piss you off, and sometimes makes you want to just walk off and leave her :D

Other times she makes you feel like you just got the best blowjob in the world and you are driving on cloud nine too

My first Mark stranded me more then any car I have ever owned.
But it always put a smile on my face, when it was working like it should.

I think they are (or will be), because they mark both the end of an era and the pinnacle of that era.
Thundering Elegance, made in the USA.

Or maybe I'm just waxing stupid, and should put the beer down.

a classic car is defined as any car 20-45 years old, so in 2013 the 93's will be classics.
45 years and older are antiques.
In Pa you can title any car 15 years old as classic so long as the car is no longer produced. not sure about other states.

i also think in Pa cars older than 25 years are considered antiques for registration.

I'd call them a classic in the sense that they're one of the last good cars Lincoln made other than the LS. Now all they make is overpriced and gadget loaded FWD/v6 Tauruses with a different emblem on them.
