I have a 2000 ls w/alpine 12speaker, and glovebox cd changer.
installed usa-spec ipod interface. works great.
I recommend oemautosound. great support.
I had hooked it up wrong and they figured it out for me.
it had low volume and would not work half the time at first.
works perfect now.

this maybe my first post so hey everyone.

I bought the car off ebay and it had a ton of issues :(. thanks to the site I have managed to solve most of them:).

it's just plug and play. very simple install, unless u plug the cd changer back into the t-harness. that's what I did and the sound quality was terrible, plus it would only play a couple of songs then kick off. after they told me over the phone what I had done, I unplugged the changer and the system works perfect. it replaces the cd changer and only consists of the harness, a small module that fit under the console and a iphone cord coming out of the carpet by the seat.
if u mean issues with the car in general.
clock spring, broken airbag wire under seat, weak springs causing alignment issues and excessive tirewear, buzzing rear amp.
all issues resolved except chattering transmission noise. flywheel is not cracked or loose so I am gonna just run it as long as possible.
