Interior pillar removal?

So I'm driving with my 12's blasting when suddenly a wild rattle appears. I found out where it was coming from when I got home and it's from the interior pillar on the passenger side. It's pretty lose on the bottom and rattles like hell when I tap it. How do I remove this piece?

i've removed mine by carefully just pulling on them.

Thanks the bottom tab wasn't connected so it was just rattling. Now it fits snug in place.
