What are these pieces? And where can I find them to buy?

I am looking for the shiny black ones. I hate silver...I would prefer woodgrain or shiny black.

Are they detachable?

You cannot buy just those pieces. You can buy the whole interior door panel, and take them off, just as I described in your thread yesterday.
