intake again

I was checking the vac lines on and going to intake I notice an 90 elbow that is collapsing when car is running and it has 2 vac lines coming from it going to a square box with a electric plug in. could this be my problem the 1537 code PLEASE HELP BEFORE I TAKE IT TO THE STEARLERSHIP.................

That can indeed be a major problem. Replace. Max probably knows the part number and cost.
