What are you trying to accomplish?? If you're just installing a new head unit, then go to the store and buy the wiring harness adapter for your car. These can be bought at wal-mart for around 10 dollars, some parts stores stock them, and most car audio shops stock them. I'm not exactly sure on the part number though, it depends on the brand (Scosche and Metra are just two that make them).

If you are replacing the factory speakers, you are better off to run all new wires from the headunit to the speaker locations. The factory speakers are somewhere near 3 ohm speakers and will overheat any aftermarket headunit if you don't retain the factory amplifier.

Here are the wiring harnesses:

They are the same, just different makers.

Also, make sure you get the power to the factory amp hooked up too, or you won't get any sound at all.

Pioneer Stereo bought at Walmart-$90
Wiring Harness & Install at Bestbuy-$110
Total Price-$200

Awesome Sound--PRICELESS!

I did have Bestbuy wire the factory amp, definately needed, and yes, the stereo rocks now!!
