Does anyone know if theres a way to test the ignition coils to see which one(s) are bad?

any procedure? any tools? multimeter, etc?

Im talking about testing them at home in your garage, not taking to to a dealership.

If it's TRULY failed, it will show up as a CEL.

If it's marginal, its my understanding that the dealership is the only place with a computer that can properly load test and diagnose.

I just got mines replaced by dealership for free ... Now I got I nice smooth ride on the highway

Just replaced one today on mine. Take it out and drive the piss out of it. That seems to set the CEL quicker than letting it take its time. Get the codes read at a parts store and that will tell you which one(s) are bad. It'll be a P030_ and then the number of the cylinder, 1, 2, 3, etc.
