IAC question ?

Would a IAC valve make a car hard to start when it is cold. Like crank it a couple of times.

It could if its stuck closed. Fuel pressure regulator could do it too, but those usually fail outright. A sketchy crank position sensor or cam position would be other options. Oh, and a bad battery too (or bad batter contacts)
