so i got the code for the driver abs the 1932 or whatever but its nothing wrong when i removed my seat so alot of things i read saying the clockspring but my cruise control horn work can u guys lead me in the right direction on how i can fix this

Okay, I think I figured out what you are saying.
ABS = Antilock brakes, but I think you are talking about SRS (air bags).

B1932 = Air Bag Driver Circuit Open

It could very well be the clockspring. The clockspring is several separate circuits. They don't all fail at once, so it is possible for the horn, cruise, and radio controls to still be working.

Sure, the steering wheel air bag itself, the wiring, or the restraints module.
