I Need Help finding a Canada Proxy

Ok i know this is lame but I need a canada ip so I can watch videos on www.hgtv.ca. I tried to look on google to the diffrerent sites that point you to proxies but none of them work on hgtv.ca mainly because most of the working ones are on the codeen network and it doesn't report where the ip is from. (I'm guessing here) But I know I've used one before. any help would be appreciated. I got to catch up on my holmes on homes
