:p

I think it depends on what you're looking for. If you want looks get a set of drilled/slotted rotors, braided steel hoses, paint the calipers and hook it up with some ceramic pads so they dont dust. As far as brands go... I dont know who makes good stuff for the LS yet, as I dont yet need brakes.

I know a lot of guys who like the EBC pads, and I can highly recommend the Porterfield R4-S pads. I had R4-S pads on my '04, but I'm thinking about going with EBCs on my '06 (just because I've already tried the Porterfields).

IIRC, they're pretty close in price and performance, but Porterfields are only available directly from Porterfield. Ken carries EBCs at LSKoncepts, so buying them from him is indirectly supporting LvC...

These are working fine for me, however it requires a minimum 18" wheel..... enquires to Todd at TCEPerformance.com. He has brackets now that he's done mine......he probably has stock size stuff too......

What works well is OEM rotors and Porterfield pads or Red Stuff pads.

I have cross drilled and slotted rotors and they are loud. I rather have them quiet than look cool.

Good point, I think I'm gonna take the LS in to get an estimate for some new rotors, the nasty ones on there now are distracting form the wheels

Possible caliper painting this spring, but I'd like ot get the rotors done beforehand. It's really hard to take it one thing at a time haha:D
