Just got an 06 LS with THX stereo.
Rear subwoofers sounded blown so I had Ford replace them. They do sound better, but certain at bass frequencies they still rattle. I'm talking at 1/4 the way volume, "Billy Jean" by MJ is buzzing like crazy...
I had an 02 before this and it did it some, but I used Fatmant on it. IK had hoped for better being that THX claimed zero distortion on their website.
Also this is my third Lincoln with THX and the other two didn't do it.
Here's my question to all who have the system (by the way the subs part # are the same in both the THX and non-THX systems) does it buzz and rattle at normal listening levels?
Again these speakers are one day old. Brand new 2 ohm, 45 watt.
