first clean loose sand and dirt off the wheels with a wheel cleaner thats safe for painted wheels. next, use noxon to polish the chrome. its a green bottle, just put some on a clean rag, and keep using a new part of the cloth every time you use more polish. keep it damp and rub til the metal looks clean, then wipe the polish off with another clean cloth until it shines. use a soft cloth only.
for the scratched door, that looks pretty deep. not sure you'll get rid of it completely but you can probably hide it some more. clean the loose dirt off by rinsing, washing, and then rinsing again and drying. use some isopropyl alcohol to remove any remaining oils or waxes. paint in the crack with touch up paint. quickly wipe away with a lightly damp alcohol cloth any paint that is not IN the scratch.
go to an autozone type store and pick up some rubbing compound and polishing compound. i think the brand is "No.7" and its a large tuna can sized white plastic container. same idea here as the wheel; with the rubbing compound, polish by hand using a small circular pattern, keeping it wet, but not gobs of extra stuff, and dont let it get dry either. do not polish exesively with rubbing compound as you dont want to burn through the clearcoat in the surrounding area. do it out of the sun since your black car will just bake the stuff faster. as it starts to dry, polish it off with a clean cloth.
repeat this again with a polishing compound.
clean the area again to remove compound out of the scratch. next, use a black wax and put a few coats on there. it should be a lot less noticable after this.
this method may also work for your bumpers. use the touch up paint and rubbing compound only on deep marks. good luck!
