How to take wooden strip off above glove box

Curious to see how this is done. Recently I've noticed some ratting coming from the piece and it's driving me crazy, I gotta get it to stop.
 
IIRC, it is just held on with clips and can be pulled off. That's how I got mine off. Someone chime in if I'm wrong.
 
No, not with the wood piece, i got rattling from the passenger door, i think its the handle or the piece of the power window, but everything is prefect screwed in and tight, I think im just going to take out the door panel and put it back in. Sometimes thats all it needs. but anyway lol, it does just pop off.
 
There is a screw on the bottom left corner of the glove box with a washer and on mine it sometimes shakes itself lose and rattles like crazy. It's in a tight spot and is 9/16 IIRC, could be a 5/8. You might want to check that if it's not the woodgrain.
 
I'll check that screw and washer, but when I press on that woodgrain part the rattling stops.
