Hey guys, I finally fell victim to a coolant part failing and I went to disassemble the engine and I'm running into some difficulties. A couple of connections that connect to the throttle body I can't seem to figure out how to take them apart. They are circled in yellow.

They are circle clips and I've tried squeezing them and pulling but I dont know if im being a ::vag:: or if I'm doing it wrong. Could someone direct me the right way please?

Also a side question if yall know but I have searched high and low, and nobody at 3 ford dealerships know the part # but the seal that surrounds the plastic piece that connects to the coolant assembly isnt on our owners manual. It connects 9N499 to the plastic piece before the metal (just below the green circle in this pic). It doesnt appear to be damaged but I cant seem to find a replacement, should I just use it again?

Just squeeze the plastic ring and pull up. Squeeze the ring at the points with the rough surfaces.
I haven't found the part number for that seal. I've been able to reuse the existing seal on both of mine. (Lubricate the seal before pushing the coolant outlet pipe over it.)
