how to move the covers to change my bulbs in the interior

i change my bulbs to led and i need help how to open the covers and the padlle bulbs

I did all Led's on my interior. If you are talking about the upper lights where the handles are, all you do is remove the plastic tab with a flat screw driver to reveal the screw that holds the handle. Remove the screw and it pops right off.
