How do you know when you have bad coils??

Maybe it's not the coils but I think I am having symptoms of bad coils. Today I was driving and noticed that the car is hesitating if I am going about 15 or 20 MPH and then getting on the gas a little. it does not do it at any other speed range. If anyone has any suggestions on what this could be let me know. The car is a 2002 LSE with 40k on it.

DO some searching because there a lot of different symptoms of bad coils. I just had to replace all of mine along with the vcg, and pcv hose and spark plugs. so its not the end of the world. but yeah it does sound like that, but maybe try and get you car to throw a check engine light and read the code off it and see what it says. My car drove like garbage but never threw a cel until 2 days before I was going to replace everything, then I left it on and it went away, 1 day after I did all the work, on its own. but do some searching to be sure, there is a TON of threads on this
