Yea so my cruise and horn still aren't working.....replaced the clock spring and still no dice :( wiring after the horn relay and horns are good.....relay is good too.....anyone have this problem??? I don't like my ghetto push button horn i have set up now :( the horn doesn't honk when there alarm goes off either......

Can we assume you checked al fuses? I think at least the horn may have a high power fuse in the relay box.

My 93 has the same symptoms, horn doesn't work, cruise doesn't work and now the alarm goes off intermittently (lights flashing), I was hoping you might have found an answer to your car's issues by now. I'm off to the stealership this morning, knowing that the clockspring was not the issue on yours will help me there, seems like anything I found in search pointed to that.

id be willing to bet it was a bad ground. i just put in different horns because mine didnt work.
i find out, the ground wasnt making a good connection. all good now. i loosened the mounting bracket and retightened it and put a little dielectric grease in the plugs.

I skipped the stealership, I found the issue with my alarm going off. The wiring harness that goes down the hinge arm of the trunk. The nylon anchor that the cable tie is attached to had broken and the harness was getting pinched between the trunk lid and the weatherseal. It must have been like that for some time and I just never noticed until yesterday morning when I noticed the trunk lid was not laying flat. I taped the harness back to the arm so that it wouldn't get pinched and the alarm has not gone off since.
I'll pull the plastic tube off later and look for bare or broken wires that may need to be fixed.
The alarm had gone off for so long at one time that it may have just worn the horn out, I'll take your advice on the ground and put 12v direct to the horn, if it works I'll check the ground connection, that would be a cheap fix.
It may have just been coincdental that all three issues appeared at about the same time.
