Welcome!!!

I've been back in the country for about 3 weeks already and I notice some changes in the Mark when i use the remote lock.

Before I left, the horn was always strong when pressed manually, but when using the remote it was uber weak as was all the lighting in/outside of the vehicle. Some testing concluded the alt was good but that the battery was weak. So, I swapped it out and all was well with the horn sounding strong when using the remote and the int/ext lights looking like a Christmas tree. So I figured all was done and over with as far as that went.

Was I mistaken or what? I left the country, came back and noticed right away that my airbag light kept flashing code 32(at least i think it's code 32...blink blink blink, pause, blink blink). My searches so far provide 2 possible scenarios, the best help being this result which I'm probably not understanding correctly.

1. Code 32 is clockspring mechanism in steering wheel that could've "gone bad" and is possibly shorting out the battery and/or alternator.

or

2. Code 32 is the airbag sensor connector wire under the drivers seat, in which case i would like to assume this is probably also why the driver's seat motor struggles sometimes to traverse the seat forward. when it struggles or doesn't move forward at all, i'll move the seat back a bit and try to go forward while pulling the seat with my butt and my weight.

The weak horn when using the remote lock and this Airbag Code 32,... could they in any sense be related to one another?
