Looks like one of my spray heads has cracked underneath the hood, anyone know how to remove the little spray heads? Push from bottom or twist or what?

If it wasn't for my Lincoln, all my tools would rust.

ok found the problem

this is an 01 model ls. The jet has two feet you press together and pop the jet out the top of the hood. However, the age of the plastic had turned it into a brittle mess. When I went to pinch the legs, the whole jet crumbled in my hand. Now I gotta buy new ones, anyone got a good source (cheap)

I bought a couple off eBay with the LEDs. They aren't bad at all, especially if the led matches your car color. When I purchase my ls, one was missing. I believe they are like $8 for both. Others may not agree, but I personally used them for almost a year now and never had a problem.

Sorry, but that sure sounds like R-I-C-E!

Part update

Found out that the same jet nozzle is used in the Ford Taurus 01-07. Exact duplicate. You can buy on ebay in black, two for $19. Use touchup paint to match your color or leave them black. part # YF1Z-17603-AAA

identical, i bought them myself.

Haha, right on, funny you mentioned "Ford Taurus"
I'm in the midst of scavenging a certain part to fit to the LS.
Little project I'm on, see if it's a good fit or not.
