wats the best motor oil to run on an ls?

I've run both Mobil 1 and Amsoil synthetic in my car. Don't notice any difference between the two except the price.

I use CePeCo full synthetic in mine. It costs a little more per quart but it is gauranteed to give you 10,000 miles per change without any problems. I use it in my SVT and I get about 3-5 more mpg vs both Castrol and Mobil1.
