I drove up to the great greyghost1 house AKA Ken Garrison AKA LSKONCEPTS.com . We installed the new 6K Xetronic Digital HID Xenon Conversion Kit on my 02 LS! All I can say is OMG want a diffrence in vision on the road. The light seems to be so much clearer than before I will NEVER have a car without HID again. Here are some pics I will take some more on sunday night beside my g/f 05 avalon to show the difference in color from 4300k and 6k. Thanks again Ken!!

Looks good, can't wait to get a set for mine.

I highly recommend a kit from LSK. I have done some searching on the net and found cheaper kits but the parts of those kits such as ballasts etc.etc. looked cheaper too. Plus I knew that I didnt want the HID kit to fail b/c I travel a good bit. It would suck to be 9hours from home and have no low beams

Those look great. The pictures really don't do them justice. I was very impressed with the Xetronic Digital HID kit. That was my first experience installing that kit and it was a breeze. I think it took us about 45 minutes and most of that was screwing with the backing plates on the ballasts. I have the original Xetronic kit but would switch to the Digital kit in a heart beat.

Danny, you need some 3000K fogs now! :D

6K vs stock HID

The next pics are of my g/f's 05 avy it has factory auto leveling headlights with HID. Im not sure the exact kelvin rating but its stock. with the two of them next to eachother the avy's headlights look to be regular halogen but their not. Yea I need those 3k's to complete the look Im going for.

Lookin good.....Maybe I'll be able to see you better the next time we go riding....In my rearview:N :waving: :bowrofl:

were on the body did you install the kit? I have been having problems lately... My ballasts keep going out on me.. i Have the HIDNamic ones. I dont know whats the problem. I even put electric tape on the outside of the ballasts to prevent any contact with the body....

LOL :bowrofl: >amn I should have gotten a V8!!
Actually, you need to get that intake system and slap a Magnaflow on there and you'll give Brandon a run for his money. In all honesty, the V6 LS's handle better in the twisties than the V8's.

GT... those lights are spectacular! Sure wish I had $450 to drop on a set of 'em. All in good time.
Thanks for the comparison between the stock HID and the 6000k. I have been wanting to see them side by side. I am sold on the 6000k for sure.

On a side note, do the HID lights get hotter than the halogens? By hotter I mean release more heat through the headlight housing... not burn hotter (that much is obvious).

No they actually run cooler than stock halogens. So you dont have to worry about stuff like your headlight lens melting or something like that. BTW Ken told me that all GOLD members get a discount @ LSK

How come when I opened this thread this time (prob the 4th time looking in this particular thread) the pictures are in the posts? Before I had to click a link.

I'll tell ya, I gained a new respect for the V6 LS's.....I don't know what it would be like on a straight shot, but in the twisties, they are HARD to shake.
