I have a couple things I need to know. I'm still doing Google searches, but if you already found it saves me so much trouble. Any help would be great thank you!

I have a 2001 Lincoln LS v6
I was hoping someone has a step by step processes of a few things. I already have a good idea how to do everything it's just something to go by.
Replace Clockspring
Take out the Radio
Replace the Spark plugs

I also need to know where to find and how much clockspring are. I really need to know.

The clockspring was perfect!!!!
Radio was just the clock spring again :)
The Spark plugs, i remember reading I'm going to have to take off the intake. I was hoping every step from the beginning to end. Unless I am wrong about the intake.

Tasca worked, rockauto didn't have anything. I kinda hoping for cheaper though. :)

Sorry about the radio link didn't read it just kinda scrolled through real quick.

I know on the Gen 1 V8 you have to remove it, but I'm not entirely sure about the v6.

You could try posting a thread in the for sale threads to see if you will get a bite on a clockspring for cheaper.

I am more scared about doing the spark plugs then I am about the steering wheel.

Thank you, I will once I can get some pictures of it fix what's wrong, hopefully. I hope I don't mess anything up.
 
Gen I V6 requires intake manifold removal. I remember seeing a couple of posts where members have said that it is not a big deal. Just make sure that you torque the intake to spec.

The V8 (gen I or gen II) does not require intake removal. The V6 (gen I or gen II) does require the top half of the intake manifold be removed to get to the bank 1 coils and plugs. While the OP has it off, they should replace the PCV plumbing that is under there and is a known failure point.

You caught me Joe.

When I did my spark plugs on the passenger side I removed part of my aftermarket air intake tube for easier access and that's what I was thinking of.
 
I have the 01V6

if you're going to replace the spark plugs, then you should replace the valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets, pcv valve and elbow, coil packs, everything!
it takes a few hours to remove everything, take your time, keep track of where parts go, lay out nuts and bolts the way you took them off. Patience is the key. Remove everything one evening. Take a break, then put it back together the next day. Easy does it and it will turn out perfect. You only need to unbolt the throttle body from the manifold, don't remove the throttle cables. Clean out the manifold while you're there, it gets carboned up, also on the rear of the upper manifold is a valve, remove the two bolts holding the valve, remove valve and replace the o-ring gasket, these will eventually leak, dropping oil on the manifold and creating smoke. you can get the o-rings at jet gasket las vegas size 2 3/8 Id 2 5/8 OD
