help with chrome

I cant seem to get the dirt/grime off of my rims. They are the factory chrome rims. I have used Mothers Chrome polish but there is still stuff on the rim.

Ideas?

When my break caliper sized it ate my pad and rotors dust covered my rim i used a lot of elbow grease and my hands brutal but it came out
