Is there ANYONE out there that can help me?
I recently purchased an 81 eldo and have been doing a lot of work just to get it on the street... After a few weeks all I have left is to find a short in the brake lights and I'll at least be street legal =D THe interior is in EXCELLENT shape (only problem being theres no headliner, as well as some electrical gremlins)
Anyway, after I get on the road, one of the FIRST things I wanted to do after painting is to replace the wheels... It's got the stock wheels on it right now, with the wire hubcaps. I WANT to replace them with some of the newer chrome Cadi wheels... I was thinking along the lines of the 93-96 eldorado wheels or the 97-99 eldorado wheels...
Both of these are 16X7, 5 lug, 115mm pattern.
Sooooo, after all that... I wanted to know if anyone knew what size tires would FIT on an 81 Eldorado, or perhaps if anyone could point me to somewhere I might find this info myself... THeres nothing in the original owner's manual (You can get wheels from your Cadillac dealer) and there's nothing in the Haynes manual either... I've searched everything I could think of on Google...
