Help please 2004 ls

Hi every body

I have problem with linclon 2004 Ls 8 cylinder start with battery change due to low battery and i change it with new one but when i try to start the car doesn't start and panel say fuel bump data error and gear data error and other error like door sensor and i do not know how to fix it .

The LS doesn't work at temps over 115º

JUST KIDDING!!!! The way I understand this is all was well until you changed the battery? What is the condition of the alternator?
