Help: Fuel Pump

I did a search for Fuel Pump issues with no results, so here I am.

My car started to buck and drag and have very low RPMS at idle,, with mild smell of fuel.

From what I have read here that could be a bad fuel pump.

Any info on if i AM RIGHT AND WHAT IT WOULD COST TO FIX?

The LS has a fuel pressure sensor. So low fuel pressure will set a code. Have you changed the fuel filter? Check for codes. This can be done for free at any AutoZone. Be sure and get the actual number the reader displays.

hey thanks for the info,, i didnt check codes at Autozone yet,, n all i saw on comp on car was engine light blinked yellow for 2 min than stopped.
