I have searched but did not find any pics or thread on how to change a heating element in the seats of a gen 1. Mine is not working, and I know there are other things to check once I have it looked at but wanted to see if there are pics of the job.

I would have an upholsterer do it. The replacement requires removing the seat cushion. I had the element replaced in in my rear seat (I did remove the seat cushion but he offered to do it for the same price) for ~$45, IIRC. He did an excellent job.
