headlights (getting rid of the orange sides)

Is there a web site or an aftermarket company that sell replacement headlights that doesnt have the orange sides in them?

If not, do you think that there is a way to remove them with permantly damaging the OEM headlights?

I am black chroming all the factory chrome and I know that I am not going to like the car with the orange markers.

yeah "i think" u can just take apart the headlights and take the orange part out "i think" some LS owners have done it already try searching it on the forum try some key words such as open headlight i guess

Check to make sure you have the grey glue on your headlights, then Follow the steps on this link:

1) remove you headlights
2) remove the bulbs
3) heat the headlights at 250degrees for 7 minutes
4) pull the headlights apart
5) carefully pop out the orange marker (I used a flat head screwdriver)
6) reheat the headlight at 250degrees for another 6 minutes
7) press back together and apply adheasive
