HD front lip...

So im trying to install the home depot, or lowes in my case, front lip... not getting very far bc my 3m tape isnt sticking to the lip very well... I can litterally pull ot right off the lip... any suggestions?

the area where the tape is being applied to need to be extremely clean, I would use alcohol.

also a little heat usually helps, like a heat gun on low or a hair drier.

Thanks for the quick reply... figured it out right after i posted though... I was trying to rush to put this on before it got dark and totally forgot to clean it before applying the 3m tape... even had the alcohol sitting here. used the heat gun also but with it not being clean it didnt help... Way to ruin an entire roll of 3m tape... awesomeness.... guess ill buy another roll tomorrow and try again...
