so I was at the body shop today, we were trying to figure out how fix the bottom of the quarter panels, where the rocker and the quarter panel meet. he suggusted deleting the seam all together and connect the panels together. would this work would there be any issues with body movement

Mine had that already done. Not sure why, I assume an accident. Since then they have be in-done do to more body work. I think I even mentioned this to Jamie long ago - I thought it was normal at the time.
