Lucked into a killer deal on a set of new Dunlop Sport Maxx GT's. Going to try and fit a set of 255/35/19 and 295/30/19's. Not worried about the fronts but the rears might be a little tight. I tried it once before with a set of Road Race spec Michelins that ran bigger than spec and didn't quite look right. Didn't have them on the car long enough to see if I had any clearance issues or not, they were more like 305's and were really tight. These measure out true to size. Here's the cool thing is that he is willing to swap them out for a set of same tires in 245/35/19 and 275/30/19's like I'm already running for the same price. Dunlop doesn't list a 275/30/19 in this tire, turns out they were custom made for him. He's a Dunlop nationally sponsored drifter running a 600hp RX-7 and 550hp 350Z and they make custom sizes for their guys. $700.00 out the door. Tire Rack has the 295's for $404.00 before tax and shipping. Either way it'll work out great. I'll be putting a very good pair of 245/35/19 and one decent 275/30/19 Nitto 555's up for sale soon if anybody needs them. I'll put up pics soon.
