Front License Plate Holder

So, I just moved to Maryland and I need a front license plate holder. The dealer says its $54, I felt like I could find it cheaper or find a used one. Can anyone help? Its a 2005 LS V8, not LSE.
 
Who needs a front license plate, takes away from the great looking front. Haven't installed one since I put on the lse bumper and I am not planning on it. If anything I'll be getting that retractable plate holder but I'm definitely not drilling holes in my new bumper
 
We are "required" to have one in Wisconsin...but I don't. Cops in Milwaukee have more serious sh!t to worry about.

Grew up there. If you can wait a little bit I can get it down there to you. I am assuming you are employed on base? We go down to visit family every few months; our parents still live and work down there. My father will be up visiting us in two weeks, so he could take it down there to you.
 
We are "required" here too. Got pulled over for my windows two months ago and he asked about my front plates, told him I was in an accident, it was a new bumper with no holes for the plates. He just said alright make sure you take care of that. Not putting them on though
