So i got the rack and pinion put back in and aligned at Belle tire and now the steering wheel shakes at 60. Could he have been that bad at the alignment or could it be something else
you know, my car was pulling and shaking around 75 so i had the alignments done and all my wheels balanced and now i get the shake at 60, but it drives straighter under 60 then it did before. im taking the car back on friday to have them try again. these cars are squirrely about this kind of stuff. anybody have any tips i can pass on to the guy thats doing my alignment?
alignments WILL NOT CAUSE VIBRATION!!! it can cause the front to jump side to side if the toe is way off but it wont cause a vibration, rotate and balance your tires
