Hey guys, here for the past couple of days when I turn somewhat sharp left or right I hear a groaning noise coming from the front. Not a PS pump whine. I have the standard height coil conversion, new upper control arms. The tires are not rubbing and I checked the PS fluid and its full. The only thing I have to change still is both lower ball joints. Would the lower ball joints cause a groaning noise? Or would it be something else? Also, I'm needing to change my rear shocks. I heard that rear shocks from thunderbirds or cobras fit our cars. What would be a good, cheap shock? The shock mounts should be changed also? Do the shock mounts from other cars fit our marks? Thanks guys.

Disconect the LP return line and put it into a bucket and then keep adding fluid while some one turns the wheel. when it comes out clean reconct and fill to the right level. I heard of guys useing Mercon V for P/S fluid.

it could be the ball joints/tie rod ends/or even your sway bar end links, best bet is to have someone sweep the wheel and just put your hand on all the parts, you should be able to "feel" the noise, and where ever you feel it the strongest thats your problem

I have also changed the sway bar end links so I guess I'll change the lower ball joints and change ps fluid. Thanks guys.:)
