front blinkers

so i just went outside to put clear bulbs in my front blinkers and liked how they looked when they are on but when i turned the headlights on they stay on the whole time and arent as bright as the headlights. has anyone tried any other colors or any different bulbs

yeah the bulbs closest to the grill

I put some chromed orange ones in mine. They are chrome when off and orange when lit. With the clear hid housing I have they look great!

where did you get the clear housing at

Factory HID ones ('95-96.)
Search around the forums, I'm sure theres lots of info on them...

I have no clue what you mean. They are not suppose to be as bright unless they are one for turn indicator. They are not headlights after all.

And I used SilverStar lamps. They sorta look like insect wing colors if that makes sense. When off they giving the housing a green/steel/purple/blue look. Very neat.
